1) What types of items can you 3D scan?

We 3D scan automotive, industrial, mechanical, and consumer parts including brackets, housings, trim pieces, tools, prototypes, discontinued components, and custom parts. If you’re unsure whether your item can be scanned, send photos and approximate dimensions for review.

2) What files do I receive from a 3D scan?

Standard deliverables include STL or OBJ mesh files. If you need a CAD-ready model for manufacturing or machining, we offer scan-to-CAD conversion and can provide STEP or IGES files depending on your project requirements.

3) Do you offer reverse engineering (scan-to-CAD services)?

Yes. We can convert scan data into an editable CAD model suitable for prototyping, CNC machining, or production. This service is ideal for replacement parts, legacy components, or redesign improvements.

4) What do you need to provide an accurate quote?

Please send clear photos, approximate dimensions, material preferences (if applicable), desired file format (STL, STEP, etc.), quantity, and your deadline. For engraving or CNC projects, include artwork files (AI, SVG, PDF preferred) and material type.

5) What are your starting prices?

Project pricing typically falls within these tiers:
• $35–$125 – Small engraving or simple print jobs
• $125–$400 – Standard 3D prints, scanning projects, or small CNC jobs
• $400–$1,000 – Larger parts, advanced scan-to-CAD, or detailed CNC work
• $1,000+ – Complex, high-precision, or multi-part production projects

Final pricing depends on size, material, complexity, finishing, and turnaround time.

6) Do you offer CNC routing and cutting?

Yes. We provide CNC routing and cutting for wood, plastics, acrylic, and sheet materials. Send a DXF or SVG file (preferred) or dimensions and design details, and we’ll confirm material compatibility and tolerances.

7) What materials can you engrave or etch?

We engrave tumblers, wood, acrylic, coated metals, and select specialty materials. Material compatibility depends on coating and thickness. Contact us if you’re unsure about your specific item.

8) Do you offer custom acrylic award plaques and memorabilia engraving?

Yes. We create custom acrylic award plaques and engraved memorabilia for events, teams, businesses, and organizations. Bulk orders are available, and proofs can be provided before production upon request.

9) What is your typical turnaround time?

Turnaround varies based on project size and complexity. Many small projects are completed within a few business days, while larger or more complex jobs may require additional time. Rush service may be available upon request.
